Where is your office in Tashkent located?

Our office is located in Modera Towers at 19/2 Shota Rustaveli Street,  Yakkasaray district a modern, multifunctional complex offering premium office space in a central area near Friendship Park  and key metro stations 

What does the hiring process look like?

Our recruitment process is clear and straightforward:

  • Short discussion via phone – an initial call with our recruiter to align expectations.
  • Get-to-know-each-other discussion – a deeper conversation about your experience, motivation, and fit with our culture,  where you’ll also meet your future direct manager. 
  • Technical interview – a chance to showcase your skills, meet some of our technical colleagues, and discuss real challenges.
  • Job offer – if you’re a match, we’ll send you a formal offer and guide you through next steps.
  • Do I need English to work at Accesa?

    Yes, English is important for collaboration with our international teams. Russian  and Uzbek are also welcome and valuable in our local projects. 

    Can I work remotely or is it office-based?

    We embrace a hybrid setup. You can enjoy flexibility to work from home,  while spending at least 3 days in our Modera Towers office to connect with colleagues, share ideas, and be part of a vibrant  community. 

    What happens during onboarding?

    Our international People Office team has designed a custom onboarding program  tailored for our Tashkent colleagues. From day one, our local recruiter and HR team will guide you step by step, while  your direct manager & team will support your operational onboarding — helping you integrate into your specific project and  start contributing with confidence.
