Managing company's fleet: 📌Any type of breakdown on Truck and Trailer 📌Truck PM services and Annual inspections 📌Trailer Periodic and Annual inspections 📌Post crash repairs on Truck and trailer 📌Insurance (Claims) 📌IFTA filing, Permits and Licensing 📌Support in Driver hiring, background checks MVR, PSP.

As an Accountant I had to deal with: 📌Accounts Payable 📌Accounts Receivable 📌Factoring 📌Taxes(1099) 📌Internal Audit.

The main programs I had to use were as followings: 📌PCS 📌GPS-Tab log book 📌Samsara for fleet and GPS . My duties were: 📌To control the driver pick-up the load and delivery the load on time 📌Update the broker through phone or email 📌Check and follow the detentions 📌Layovers and lumper fees if there were any 📌To control the drivers log book 📌To do the fuel report(to control the fuel consumption-to avoid truck breakdowns) 📌To do the trailer reports(to control the location of the trailers) 📌To book the loads through DAT or Amazon relay to cover the drivers if they were not covered.

My main duties were: 📌To help the new students to find accommodation 📌To deal with the immigration and other documentations like insurance, i-card and so on 📌To participate in study fairs and exhibitions 📌To help with the organization of the university events.

I did my internship in this wonderful language centre and my main duties were as following: 📌To bring more and more students from all over the world, especially from Russian speaking countries 📌To make contracts with the agencies of Central Asian countries and Russia to bring student for the English courses 📌To promote the Instagram and Facebook pages of the Language Centre by make and creating a content pictures and videos, quiz-lets and so on 📌To organize events for students and stuff in order to make the fun atmosphere in the Language Centre.
