AdHand by Evido is an all-in-one platform simplifying ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram. It offers quick setup, expert support, and analytics to help businesses easily reach and engage new audiences.
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. If you thrive on building strong client relationships, negotiating deals, and identifying growth opportunities, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and participation in industry events.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to support business growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Adhand’s values and mission in all interactions.
- Manage the full sales cycle in a B2B environment, from initial contact to deal closure.
- Maintain CRM data and contribute to creating efficient sales processes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to drive success.

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and analytical skills.

Hard Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cold sales.
- Proven track record in B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to schedule and lead effective meetings.
- Excellent level of Uzbek, English B2+, and advanced Russian.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in marketing or related industries is a big plus.
- Experience leading a team or managing a sales department is desirable.
