Responsibilities of the Employee in the future :

  • Assist in sales data management, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Support Distributors' Tashkent/ Tashkent region operations, including QC and coordination.
  • Assist in the overall management of the Smart-up system (data input, maintenance, and optimization).
  • Contribute to KA (Key Account) data management and reporting.
  • Provide support for sales planning activities, coordinating with field teams.
  • Support the analysis of sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and market trends.
  • Create daily, weekly and etc reports and analyze them by extracting reasonable insights from the reports.
  • Create route plans for field team members.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree: in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or data analysis (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of sales data management tools (experience with Smart-up is a plus).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling tasks.
  • Growth potential: Open to developing into a QC Specialist role in the future
