Responsibilities of the Employee in the future :
- Assist in sales data management, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Support Distributors' Tashkent/ Tashkent region operations, including QC and coordination.
- Assist in the overall management of the Smart-up system (data input, maintenance, and optimization).
- Contribute to KA (Key Account) data management and reporting.
- Provide support for sales planning activities, coordinating with field teams.
- Support the analysis of sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and market trends.
- Create daily, weekly and etc reports and analyze them by extracting reasonable insights from the reports.
- Create route plans for field team members.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree: in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or data analysis (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of sales data management tools (experience with Smart-up is a plus).
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling tasks.
- Growth potential: Open to developing into a QC Specialist role in the future
