Product Specialist

Job responsibilities：

Market Research Support:

• Conduct in-depth market analysis, including competitive product configuration research, user behavior studies, and policy/regulation assessments.
• Prepare detailed reports and actionable insights for leadership to guide strategic decisions.

​Dealer Engagement & Field Visits:

• Regularly visit dealerships to gather firsthand customer feedback, monitor sales performance, and identify market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to enhance collaboration.

​Localization & Coordination:

• Provide translation support for technical documents, meetings, and communications.
• Collaborate with joint venture partners to facilitate factory operations, certification processes, and compliance with local regulations.
  
  Job requirements:
• Educational Background & Expertise:
  • With Engineering education (Mechanical, Automotive, or related fields).
  • Familiarity with automotive configurations, industry standards, and technical specifications.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
• ​Language Proficiency:
  • Fluency in ​Russian, English, and Uzbek (local language) is mandatory.
• ​Travel Flexibility:
  • Willingness to undertake business travel (domestic and/or international) as required.
