SALES EXECUTIVE IN CIS MARKET (Remote)

Location: Remote (with travel as required)

Britz has been a key player in the palm oleochemicals industry since 1991 driven by a mission to fulfil the growing global need for oils and fats sustainably. Headquarters in Melaka, Malaysia with regional offices in China and local sales representatives in Russia, Europe and India, we focus is on creating, formulating, and distributing base and functional products for animal nutrition, wax, and oleochemicals markets.

Role Overview
As a Sales Representative for the CIS market, you will play a vital role in driving sales and expanding our customer based. You will work closely with our teams to deliver value-driven solutions, penetrate new markets and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Follow up sales enquiries and ensure customer satisfaction through coordination with internal teams
• Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and explore new sales channels
• Actively pursue and secure growth opportunities by developing new clients and nurturing existing relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities; report insights to the sales manager.
• Collaborate with operational teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
• Follow-up sales enquiry and work closely with technical & customer service team to ensure customer satisfactory
• Assist in market research and contribute to the development of marketing strategies
• Represent Britz at trade fairs, events, and client visits to identify and develop new business opportunities

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Also Final year students, graduates are encourage to apply
• Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Skilled in negotiation, sales closing and customer relationship management
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Willingness to travel within CIS countries and internationally as required
