Senior Safety Manager (Logistics | ELD)

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and oversee drug & alcohol testing (scheduling, locations, driver notifications);
• Handle permits, forms, and essential compliance paperwork;
• Monitor Telegram/email updates and maintain accurate reports;
• Manage truck files, annual inspections, and company registrations (IFTA, NY OSCAR, etc.);
• Support process optimization and take ownership of key safety tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Safety Department is required(experience: at least 1,5 year);
• Full understanding of safety processes and DOT compliance standards;
• Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek;
• Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

• Schedule: 5 days/week, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (summer: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM);
