We are looking for a HR Specialist (People Operations Specialist) for our Uzbekistan office to strengthen our team.

What You’ll Do

· Conduct constant support employee journey: onboarding, adaptation, employee engagement, background checks, exit, compensation related aspects, employee relations, compliance, etc

· Maintain benefit package and support employees in matters of benefits

· Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

· Managing internal HRIS systems for data management and analysis

· Ensure the organization's compliance with employment laws and act as an advisor on HR-related matters

· Provide administrative support in organization of local and global events

· Organizing People Management initiatives and events, meetings, webinars, surveys, etc.

What You Have

· Completed higher education

· 1-3 years of experience in HR/People Management

· Knowledge of labor legislation in the Republic of Uzbekistan

· Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) and Russian/Uzbek level, both spoken and written

· Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

· High level of interaction with both internal stakeholders (employees, shared services, management, etc.) and external partners (vendors, benefits providers, etc)

· Open-mindedness, proactivity, and attention to details

· Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, adeptly navigating unfamiliar situations with professionalism

· Knowledge of the IT industry and HR industry, including current trends, challenges, and best practices in talent management and employee engagement is beneficial
