UET CONSTRUCTION is looking for a Contract Engineer
Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers

Assist in preparation of tender documents, RFPs, and bids

Ensure contract documents match technical specifications, scope of work, and schedules
-
Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from award to project close-out

Monitor compliance with contract terms and obligations
-
Handle contract variations and change orders
-
Identify and analyze contractual and commercial risks
-
Review and certify payment applications and invoices
-
Support resolution of claims and contractual disputes
Requirements:

Higher education in Engineering or a related field

Experience in contract management within construction or engineering projects

Understanding of contract terms, commercial, and cost control principles

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to work with documentation and deadlines
