Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and designs for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, web resources, POSM, branding, and digital advertising;
• Collaborate with creative teams to create visual concepts;
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms;
• Produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, illustrations, and layouts;
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in design work;
• Create animated videos and adapt them for outdoor advertising, TV, and digital channels.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a creative designer, preferably in a digital agency, leading companies, or a similar environment;
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles;
• Experience creating designs for digital platforms (social media, websites, digital advertising), outdoor advertising, TV, and print materials;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience with animated graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro);
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles will be a bonus.
• Knowledge of the languages: Russian, Uzbek, English (B1).
