Role Overview

TALENTHUB is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong expertise in organizational development and people engagement. We currently operate three offices — two in Tashkent and one in Samarkand — employing over 350 professionals across various departments.

As we continue to expand rapidly, we’re looking for a proactive HR professional who can support organizational growth, strengthen internal processes, and foster a friendly, collaborative, and value-driven culture. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic HR partner to leadership, driving initiatives that enhance engagement, development, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day HR operations across all offices.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Lead organizational development projects to improve structure, communication, and efficiency.

  • Design and implement training and development programs to support continuous learning and leadership growth.

  • Champion and nurture company culture and core values, ensuring they are embedded in all HR practices.

  • Support leadership in change management, engagement, and retention initiatives.

  • Advise management and employees on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.

  • Facilitate performance review cycles, goal-setting, and feedback sessions.

  • Handle employee relations matters with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.

  • Coordinate disciplinary actions, documentation, and exit procedures.

  • Monitor HR metrics and trends to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, HR Operations or any related role.

  • Ability to work from the office six(6) days a week, Monday through Saturday, following the U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule — 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Uzbekistan local time).

  • Proven expertise in organizational development, culture building, and employee engagement.

  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor relations, and performance management.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
