Role Overview
TALENTHUB is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong expertise in organizational development and people engagement. We currently operate three offices — two in Tashkent and one in Samarkand — employing over 350 professionals across various departments.
As we continue to expand rapidly, we’re looking for a proactive HR professional who can support organizational growth, strengthen internal processes, and foster a friendly, collaborative, and value-driven culture. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic HR partner to leadership, driving initiatives that enhance engagement, development, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day HR operations across all offices.

Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.

Lead organizational development projects to improve structure, communication, and efficiency.

Design and implement training and development programs to support continuous learning and leadership growth.

Champion and nurture company culture and core values, ensuring they are embedded in all HR practices.

Support leadership in change management, engagement, and retention initiatives.

Advise management and employees on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.

Facilitate performance review cycles, goal-setting, and feedback sessions.

Handle employee relations matters with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.

Coordinate disciplinary actions, documentation, and exit procedures.

Monitor HR metrics and trends to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, HR Operations or any related role.

Ability to work from the office six(6) days a week, Monday through Saturday, following the U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule — 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Uzbekistan local time).

Proven expertise in organizational development, culture building, and employee engagement.

Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor relations, and performance management.
