Leads and manages all operational activities of the Field Force team within the mobile phone (smartphone) business. Ensures effective execution of sales, merchandising, and in-store activities to maximize brand presence, sell-out performance, and market coverage. Oversees City Managers and Merchandisers to achieve company sales targets and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of City Managers and Merchandisers
- Ensure proper execution of sales strategies and in-store operations across all assigned regions
- Monitor and drive achievement of sales targets (sell-in & sell-out)
- Expand retail outlet coverage and strengthen market penetration
- Control and improve merchandising standards and brand visibility in all outlets
- Analyze field performance, sales reports, and competitor activities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Field Force efficiency and productivity
- Train, coach, and evaluate City Managers and Merchandisers
- Ensure discipline, reporting accuracy, and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Sales teams for campaign execution
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to top management
