Position Overview:
We are looking for a Recruiter responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for internal staff positions.
This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple departments, ensuring a fast, structured, and efficient hiring process aligned with company needs.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vacancy Management
- Process approved hiring requests based on internal Vacancy Requisition system
- Prepare and publish job postings on HH.uz, Telegram channels, and other platforms
- Ensure job descriptions are clear, accurate, and aligned with role requirements
2. Candidate Sourcing
- Actively source candidates through:
- HH.uz
- Telegram job channels
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles
3. Screening & Shortlisting
- Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial screening interviews/calls
- Evaluate candidates’ experience, communication skills, and overall fit
4. Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates
- Collect and document structured feedback after interviews
5. Candidate Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all candidates and hiring stages
- Track pipeline progress for each vacancy
- Provide regular updates on recruitment status and hiring progress
6. Process Compliance
- Follow internal recruitment procedures and approval workflows
- Ensure hiring is aligned with approved headcount and department needs
- Maintain consistency, professionalism, and confidentiality in all recruitment activities
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 1+ year of recruitment experience
- Recruitment experience in a logistics, trucking, transportation, or freight-related company is mandatory
- Experience hiring office-based logistics roles such as dispatchers, operations specialists, fleet coordinators, tracking specialists, accounting staff, HR/admin staff, or similar positions is a must
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously is an advantage
