Assistant to Marketing department

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Selection of products, searching for references for social media pages and TikTok
• Updating pack shots of the company's products
• Working with the expert club (selection of bloggers, products for distribution)
• Collaboration with SMM, creative agencies, and translation agencies
• Monitoring of E-commerce platforms
• Writing briefs for the agency
• Preparing and verifying product labels, and coordination within the region (preparation of translations and work in the internal D2P system)
• Careful implementation of all data in accordance with local legal requirements.
• Collecting and preparing price monitoring on a monthly basis
• Coordination of the product matrix (checking the statuses of the assortment with the logistics department, updating the file, and communications within the company)
• Analysis for the brand team (upon request)
• Document management
• Participate in other projects

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE:

• Higher education
• 1 or more years work experience in a similar position
• Fluency in Russian, English – Upper-Intermediate level or above. Knowledge of Kazakh language is desirable
• Proficient user of MS Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with SAP is an advantage
• Attentive to detail, responsible, with developed communication skills
