About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA. We are seeking for a Sales Agent.
Job Summary: Deal Closer is responsible for converting qualified leads into successful sales by managing the final stages of the sales process. Their role involves building strong relationships with potential clients, handling objections, negotiating terms, and confidently closing deals. The Deal Closer plays a key role in maximizing revenue, improving conversion rates, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team and company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods;
- Building trust and maintaining professional communication with potential clients throughout the sales process;
- Identifying customer needs and presenting suitable products or services to match those needs;
- Delivering persuasive sales presentations and effectively communicating product benefits and value;
- Handling objections, negotiating terms, and successfully closing deals;
- Following up with leads and maintaining consistent communication to maximize conversion rates;
- Providing high-quality customer service before and during the sales process;
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and deal statuses in CRM systems or spreadsheets
- Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to overall team performance;
- Preparing reports on sales performance, closed deals, and pipeline progress for management.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but can be a student;
- Advanced English 6.5+ IELTS;
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office;
- Google sheets and Excel;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities;
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions;
- Good organizational and time management skills.
