Responsibilities:

Financial Operations & Accounting Support

  • Process and verify invoices (incoming and outgoing) and ensure proper documentation
  • Support bookkeeping processes and maintain accurate financial records
  • Monitor payment schedules, supplier payments, and client receivables
  • Reconcile bank transactions and assist with monthly closing tasks

Reporting & Budget Support

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Prepare internal financial summaries for management
  • Assist with budgeting and cost tracking across departments
  • Monitor cash flow and support expense control processes

Compliance & Documentation

  • Support tax-related documentation and compliance procedures
  • Ensure financial records are properly archived and organized
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all financial processes

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with international team members across offices
  • Communicate in English with colleagues, partners, and service providers
  • Support operational requests related to finance and administration

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting
  • Good knowledge of financial reporting and basic tax/accounting principles
  • Strong computer skills and very good knowledge of Excel
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work systematically with sensitive financial data
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow
