Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue and occupancy.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and promotional packages.
- Conduct sales visits, presentations, and client meetings.
- Coordinate with operational departments to ensure smooth guest services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and achieve sales targets assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales or corporate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of hotel operations and sales strategies.
- Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.
