What You Will Do
- Global Sales: Assist international customers with booking flights, upgrades, baggage, and travel protection via phone and chat.
- Consultative Service: Help travelers select the best routes and options while maintaining high service standards.
- Target Achievement: Reach personal sales goals to earn uncapped monthly performance bonuses.
What We Expect

English Proficiency: B2+ level or higher (strong spoken and written communication skills).

Driven Mindset: High motivation to work in sales, learn fast, and grow financially.

Flexibility: Willingness to work night or early morning shifts (aligned with international time zones).

Experience: Previous call center or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Shifts

Base Salary: Fixed starting base of 5.2 Million UZS (~$400) + Uncapped Commission/Bonus Scheme.

Earning Potential: Average agents earn $1,200 – $1,700/month through performance bonuses.
