We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role is key in supporting employees, maintaining office efficiency, and coordinating administrative processes.
- Welcome visitors and coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring flawless support during meetings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including registration, distribution, and tracking.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and general office purchasing, ensuring outstanding efficiency.
- Maintain office facilities and coordinate repairs with external vendors to guarantee a world-class work environment.
- Arrange workplace setup for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Liaise with landlords, cleaning services, and other service providers to maintain a high standard of office operations.
- Coordinate business travel, including hotel bookings, flights, and visa support, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
- Coordinate transportation services, such as taxis, to support employee mobility.
- Manage document flow and maintain meticulous administrative records.
- Support the organization of team events, meetings, and conferences, encouraging a collaborative atmosphere.
- Prepare reports and documents as requested by management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide translation services (written and verbal) as needed to support our diverse team.
- Track employee leave requests and maintain related documentation efficiently.
- Manage medical records for local staff, ensuring strict confidentiality and accuracy.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned by management with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Relevant professional education.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and common office software.
- Skilled in Uzbek, English, and Russian languages.

Salary is paid twice a month in Uzbekistan sums
- Annual performance bonus
- Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)
- The workplace is located on the territory of the Fergana Refinery in Fergana city
- Annual leave – 21 calendar days. The company also provides additional leave of 3 calendar days per year
