The Role
We need a seasoned HR professional who understands the "full-cycle." You won’t just be hiring; you will be the architect of our company culture, managing everything from initial talent acquisition to performance tracking and payroll coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, interview, and onboard top-tier talent specifically for the trucking and logistics sector.

Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR policies tailored to our local office needs and the fast-paced nature of logistics.

Performance & Retention: Conduct performance reviews, manage feedback loops, and design strategies to keep our best employees motivated.

Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, ensuring a healthy and professional work environment.

Payroll & Benefits: Oversee the administration of salaries, bonuses, and employee benefits with high precision.

Reporting: Maintain accurate HR data and provide regular reports to management on turnover, hiring costs, and team health.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an HR management role.

Industry Knowledge: Proven experience recruiting for the trucking/logistics business or banking system is highly preferred.

Language Skills: Proficient in Uzbek and Russian.

Systems Thinker: Deep understanding of HR systems, labor laws.

Resilience: Comfortable working the night shift (18:00 – 02:00) to align with our core operations.
