Duties:
- Analyze customer digital transformation strategies, business requirements, and technical environments to design end-to-end OSS(operation support systems)/BSS (business support systems) solutions.
- Prepare technical solutions, proposals, and architecture designs that support long-term business growth and customer needs.
- Lead customer engagements, including workshops, technical presentations, and solution discussions.
- Develop business cases and provide technical recommendations aligned with customer objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical and product teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Identify competency gaps, promote knowledge sharing, and contribute to best practices and internal capability development.
- Support internal and external technical communication through presentations, events, and professional knowledge-sharing activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to new team members and act as a technical thought leader.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in large Telecom or IT companies, including 5+ years of hands-on experience in OSS/BSS architecture, design, development, integration, and operations.
- Strong expertise in OSS/BSS business processes, frameworks, methodologies, platforms, applications, and software solutions.
- Proven experience as an End-to-End Solution Architect with successful delivery of complex OSS/BSS implementation projects.
- Experience in consulting, telecom vendors, IT vendors, operators, or system integration environments.
- Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to coach peers and junior team members.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to define project scope, delivery approach, and expected outcomes with customers and internal teams.
- Fluent English is required; Chinese language is an advantage.
Working conditions:
- Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
- Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
- Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
- Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
