Key responsibilities:

  • Participate in sales planning for the automotive market in Uzbekistan.
  • Develop and monitor the implementation of monthly and annual sales plans by region and dealer.
  • Communicate the company’s commercial plans and targets to dealers and monitor their execution.
  • Support and develop the dealer network in the assigned region.
  • Work together with the training department to organize training for dealer center employees and implement sales and service standards.
  • Assess the quality of dealer showroom operations and participate in developing measures to improve customer service and sales performance.
  • Maintain relationships with key regional partners and strengthen the company’s positive image.
  • Analyze the regional market, competitor activities, and changes in legislation, and provide recommendations for business decisions.
  • Monitor the proper use of the CRM system by dealers and support improvements in data quality and timely data entry.
  • Participate in customer satisfaction surveys, analyze customer feedback, and propose measures to improve service quality.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Economics, Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, regional management, dealer network development, or distribution.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Understanding of sales planning principles, implementation of commercial plans, and analysis of market indicators.
  • Skills in working with dealers, partners, and key clients.
  • Experience in monitoring sales, service, and operational standards at points of sale.
  • Ability to analyze the market, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Experience with CRM systems and understanding of customer database management processes.
  • Confident user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Russian, Uzbek, and English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Result-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to travel to regions.
