Key responsibilities:
- Participate in sales planning for the automotive market in Uzbekistan.
- Develop and monitor the implementation of monthly and annual sales plans by region and dealer.
- Communicate the company’s commercial plans and targets to dealers and monitor their execution.
- Support and develop the dealer network in the assigned region.
- Work together with the training department to organize training for dealer center employees and implement sales and service standards.
- Assess the quality of dealer showroom operations and participate in developing measures to improve customer service and sales performance.
- Maintain relationships with key regional partners and strengthen the company’s positive image.
- Analyze the regional market, competitor activities, and changes in legislation, and provide recommendations for business decisions.
- Monitor the proper use of the CRM system by dealers and support improvements in data quality and timely data entry.
- Participate in customer satisfaction surveys, analyze customer feedback, and propose measures to improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Economics, Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, regional management, dealer network development, or distribution.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Understanding of sales planning principles, implementation of commercial plans, and analysis of market indicators.
- Skills in working with dealers, partners, and key clients.
- Experience in monitoring sales, service, and operational standards at points of sale.
- Ability to analyze the market, competitors, and customer needs.
- Experience with CRM systems and understanding of customer database management processes.
- Confident user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Russian, Uzbek, and English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to travel to regions.
