We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Administrator to provide daily support to visitors, residents, and companies. The role includes welcoming guests, handling building-related requests, guiding companies on basic procedures, and advising them on activity types, registration-related questions, and available support services. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide clear and professional assistance to companies and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, residents, company representatives, and guests on the first floor.
  • Provide initial consultation and guidance to companies regarding basic procedures

and available services.

  • Advise companies on activity types and help direct them to the relevant department

or specialist.

  • Receive and process daily building-related requests from residents and visitors.
  • Coordinate with building administration, technical staff, security, and internal teams

when needed.

  • Support companies with general questions related to office use, access,

documentation, and service requests.

  • Maintain visitor records, requests, and basic reports.
  • Ensure smooth communication between visitors, residents, and responsible

departments.

  • Provide polite, clear, and timely responses to inquiries in person, by phone, or

through messaging channels.

  • Support the organization of meetings, visits, and daily reception operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, administrator, consultant, office manager,

customer service specialist, or similar role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of client service and professional etiquette.
  • Ability to explain information clearly and patiently.
  • Russian, English and Uzbek language skills are required.
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level or above is an advantage.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple requests and communicate with different departments.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Responsible, polite, punctual, and service-oriented personality.

Would be Plus

  • Experience working with companies, residents, entrepreneurs, or government-related

service processes.

  • Understanding of company activity types, registration procedures, or basic business

support services.

  • Experience in business centers, coworking spaces, government service centers,

hotels, or reception areas.

  • Knowledge of IT Park services, resident support procedures, or building

administration processes.

  • English language skills at Intermediate level or higher.
  • Experience working with CRM, request tracking systems, or visitor management

systems.
