Call2Action AI is a US-based HR Tech startup building an AI-powered hiring platform for the trucking industry. We help trucking companies hire drivers faster through automation, AI recruiting tools, and modern recruitment workflows.

Position

We are looking for a Part-Time Recruiter to support our growing team. The primary focus of this role (approximately 90%) will be recruiting truck drivers for our clients in the US trucking industry. Occasionally, you will also assist with hiring internal team members for various business functions.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified truck driver candidates.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification.

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Assist with recruiting for internal company positions when needed.

• Work closely with hiring managers and the operations team to ensure successful placements.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of recruiting experience OR 1+ year of experience in the trucking industry.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.

• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.

• English proficiency is a plus.

• Candidates from Uzbekistan or Kyrgyzstan are preferred.
