Production Director (Textile Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all production operations within the company.
Organize and supervise the activities of the sewing, dyeing, and weaving departments.
Ensure production targets are met in terms of volume, quality, and delivery deadlines.
Monitor the efficient use of machinery, raw materials, and workforce resources.
Optimize production processes and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with technological standards and quality requirements.
Coordinate activities between different production departments.
Analyze production performance and implement improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and workplace regulations.
Lead and manage department heads and production personnel.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Textile Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior production management role within the textile industry.
Proven experience managing sewing, dyeing, and weaving operations.
Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes and technologies.
Experience managing large production teams.
Knowledge of production planning, budgeting, and performance management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); ERP system experience is an advantage.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
