is a modern garment manufacturing company specializing in military uniforms and special-purpose textile products. Due to company expansion, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

Position: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role focuses on market expansion, strategic partnerships, and developing long-term business strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth areas.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.

Client & Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.

Sales & Revenue Generation
• Generate new leads through networking, industry events, and strategic outreach.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in line with company policies.
• Track sales performance and report on pipeline development.

Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with operations and finance teams to support business growth.
• Provide regular reports on pipeline status, market trends, and revenue forecasts.
• Support management in strategic planning and decision-making.

Process Improvement
• Improve business development processes and workflows.
• Suggest new service or product opportunities based on market feedback.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales or partnership targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
