Lavozim haqida
Biz mikromoliya tashkilotini umumiy boshqarishda Bosh direktorga yordam beradigan, portfel o'sishi, kredit risklarini boshqarish va operatsion samaradorlik uchun bevosita javobgar Deputy CEO qidirmoqdamiz.

Asosiy vazifalar

  • Bosh direktor bilan birgalikda tashkilotning to'liq P&L (foyda va zarar)ni boshqarish: daromad, xarajatlar va rentabellik.
  • NPL/PAR va portfel sifatini nazorat qilib, barqaror portfel o'sishini ta'minlash.
  • Kredit risklari siyosati, skoring, tasdiqlash jarayonlari va undirish (kolleksiya) ishlarini nazorat qilish.
  • Asosiy bo'limlarni (kredit, risk, sotuv/marketing, operatsiyalar) va ularning rahbarlarini boshqarish va rivojlantirish.
  • Banklar, hamkorlar va tartibga soluvchi organlar bilan muzokaralarda kompaniyani vakillik qilish.
  • Biznes natijalari va strategik tavsiyalarni Bosh direktor va aksiyadorlarga taqdim etish.
  • Bosh direktor yo'qligida operatsion va strategik masalalar bo'yicha uning o'rnini bosish.

Talablar

  • Majburiy: mikromoliya tashkilotida (MFI/MFO) amaliy ish tajribasi talab qilinadi. Tegishli MFT tajribasiga ega bo'lmagan nomzodlar ko'rib chiqilmaydi.
  • MFT, bank yoki boshqa kredit tashkilotida katta rahbarlik lavozimida (Deputy CEO, bo'lim boshlig'i, filial boshqaruvchisi va shunga o'xshash) kamida 5 yillik tajriba.
  • MFT iqtisodiyotini chuqur tushunish: foiz daromadi, komissiyalar, NPL, PAR, CAC, tasdiqlash darajasi, yield, ROI.
  • P&L bo'yicha javobgarlik va o'lchanadigan biznes natijalari (portfel o'sishi, rentabellikni yaxshilash va h.k.) bo'yicha isbotlangan tajriba.
  • 10 va undan ortiq kishidan iborat jamoani boshqarish tajribasi.
  • Moliya, iqtisodiyot yoki bank sohasida oliy ma'lumot.
  • Ingliz tili bilishi — ustunlik hisoblanadi.

This is a C-level executive role (top management) with full responsibility for operational execution, strategic development, and performance of the business.

We are only considering candidates with proven executive experience in financial institutions (banking / microfinance / fintech lending).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO in full management of the organization
  • Drive execution of business strategy and ensure delivery of financial and operational KPIs
  • Oversee all core functions: credit, risk, collections, compliance, operations
  • Ensure sustainable portfolio growth with controlled credit risk
  • Strengthen internal controls, governance, and compliance framework
  • Optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage budgeting, financial planning, and profitability performance
  • Represent the company in meetings with regulators, investors, and strategic partners
  • Lead senior management team and ensure accountability across departments

Requirements (Mandatory)

  • 7–10+ years in banking, microfinance, fintech lending, or financial services
  • Minimum 3–5 years in executive/senior leadership role (Deputy CEO / COO / Head of Business / Director level)
  • Strong background in lending business, credit risk, or microfinance operations
  • Proven experience managing P&L or full business unit responsibility
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements in financial sector
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution focus
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Experience in Central Asia financial markets is a strong advantage
