We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in strengthening the brand presence of InterContinental Tashkent while driving business growth across all hotel outlets.

Located in the heart of Tashkent, next to Amir Temur Square, InterContinental Tashkent is part of the prestigious Trilliant mixed-use complex and one of the most iconic luxury hotels in Uzbekistan.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that support hotel revenue objectives and strengthen brand positioning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing annual marketing strategies and plans;
  • Managing marketing budgets and campaign performance;
  • Planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns;
  • Managing and growing the hotel's social media presence;
  • Creating content strategies and editorial calendars;
  • Coordinating marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials;
  • Managing relationships with agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and other vendors;
  • Building partnerships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders;
  • Preparing press releases and PR materials;
  • Organizing photo and video shoots;
  • Ensuring compliance with IHG brand standards;
  • Monitoring campaign effectiveness and reporting on marketing performance;
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing;
  • Hospitality, luxury, or HoReCa experience is highly preferred;
  • Fluent English, Russian, and Uzbek language skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media;
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills;
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
