Marketing Executive (Medical Tourism)

MedPobeda is a growing medical tourism company working in partnership with KIMS Hospital, India, helping patients access world-class medical treatment abroad.

Responsibilities

• Promote our medical tourism services to potential clients
• Communicate with patients and their families regarding treatment options and travel arrangements
• Handle inquiries through phone calls, social media, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Coordinate with hospital representatives and internal teams
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and clients
• Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful cases
• Maintain accurate records and client databases

Requirements

• Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Marketing, sales, customer service, or healthcare-related experience is preferred
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
