Core Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full hiring cycle, conduct interviews, and oversee the orientation and integration process for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a bridge between management and staff, addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and boosting employee morale.
- Performance Management: Develop evaluation systems, organize performance reviews, and identify training and development needs.
- Policy Development & Compliance: Design, implement, and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll administration, structure benefits packages, and review salary benchmarks
Requirements
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience and proven success working with recruitment platforms, specifically HH.uz, Huntme, and LinkedIn.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 1+ years of progressive experience in HR or full-cycle recruiting.
- Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor legislation, HR metrics, and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Certifications: Professional credentials like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or CIPD are a strong plus.
