Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Coordinate with department managers to identify manpower requirements and recruitment needs.
  • Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to assess qualifications and suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment records, and hiring documentation.
  • Prepare employment offers, onboarding documents, and new employee administration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
  • Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are filled within established timelines.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and hiring updates to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and interpe skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
