Procurement manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of raw materials, components, and other supplies required for production.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Ensure timely purchasing and delivery of materials to support production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Analyze purchasing data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Purchasing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Fluent English is required.
• Korean language skills are an advantage.
