The Role

As a Customer Account Executive at Musaffa, you'll be the primary point of contact for our users — helping them get the most out of the platform, converting them into active investors, and ensuring they receive outstanding support at every step. You'll also be a key bridge between our users and internal teams across Research & Development, Legal, and Tech.


This role requires excellent English communication skills. Your work — emails, calls, support responses, and cross-team collaboration — will be conducted in English.


What You`ll do

Client Conversion & Outreach

  • Reach out to users across all stages — newly registered, research users, and inactive accounts — via phone, email, and CRM tools
  • Understand each user's financial goals and guide them toward the right Musaffa product: self-directed trading or managed robo-advisory portfolio
  • Walk users through account setup, KYC verification, funding, and first investment
  • Manage your pipeline in the CRM — log every interaction and keep conversion progress up to date
  • Hit weekly and monthly targets for activation and conversion

Email & Support

  • Handle inbound user emails and support requests — respond promptly, clearly, and professionally
  • Resolve account queries, platform issues, and product questions independently or by escalating to the right team
  • Maintain consistently high response quality in English across all written communication

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the R&D team to relay user feedback that informs product improvements
  • Coordinate with Legal on compliance-related user queries, KYC edge cases, and regulatory questions
  • Partner with the Tech team to report bugs, escalate platform issues, and communicate resolutions back to users
  • Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions — bring user pain points and patterns to the table


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Excellent English language skills — written and spoken — this is non-negotiable (IELTS 7.0+)
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer success, account management, or financial services
  • Strong written communication skills — able to write professional, clear, and warm emails
  • Basic understanding of investing: stocks, ETFs, portfolios, risk
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical, legal, and research teams
  • Organised and CRM-proficient — you manage many conversations without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable working US and European business hours
  • Adaptive and fast learner — able to pick up new tools, processes, and product updates quickly
