About the Position

KANS COMFORT TORG LLC is seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Office Manager to join our team.

As our Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office while supporting cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director, Accounting Department, and other departments; efficiently organize document workflow; prepare, register, monitor, and archive orders, contracts, powers of attorney, official letters, and other corporate documents.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external meetings; maintain Meeting Minutes and monitor the implementation of agreed decisions.
  • Organize all necessary arrangements for meetings and official events, including welcoming guests, serving tea and coffee, and providing other hospitality services at a high standard.
  • Plan the office's daily, weekly, monthly, and annual requirements; maintain records of office supplies and ensure timely procurement before stock runs out.
  • Collaborate effectively with all company departments and coordinate the timely and high-quality execution of incoming requests and assignments.
  • Professionally organize visits of guests, business partners, and delegations while maintaining the company's positive image.
  • Organize company events, training sessions, business meetings, and corporate gatherings, and coordinate their logistics.
  • Effectively use ChatGPT and other artificial intelligence tools to optimize work processes.

Candidate Requirements​​​​​​​:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets).
  • Fluency in Uzbek and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, business etiquette, and a high standard of customer service.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective time management.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously (Multitasking).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to analyze issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
  • Calm under pressure and effective at prioritizing tasks.
  • Good aesthetic sense, attention to cleanliness, and a professional appearance.
  • Proactive, energetic, results-oriented, and capable of making independent decisions.
  • Proficient in using printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
  • Skilled in printing, scanning, photocopying, and preparing documents in electronic format.
  • Able to handle confidential information and strictly comply with confidentiality requirements for company information and documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of tender or public procurement processes.
  • Experience preparing Meeting Minutes and Executive Summary documents.
  • Ability to effectively use ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, and other artificial intelligence (AI) tools to optimize work processes and improve efficiency.
  • Experience preparing professional business presentations (PowerPoint) and corporate documents.
  • Fluency in Russian, both written and spoken.
