Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological support and counseling to students.
- Assess students' emotional, behavioral, and social well-being.
- Develop and implement intervention plans for students requiring additional support.
- Conduct observations, screenings, and psychological assessments when necessary.
- Work closely with teachers to improve students' academic performance and classroom behavior.
- Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Communicate with parents regarding students' development and provide professional guidance.
- Organize workshops and training sessions for students, parents, and staff on topics such as mental health, stress management, bullying prevention, and emotional well-being.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student support plans.
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive school environment.
- Assist the school administration in developing student well-being initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a school psychologist.
- Experience working in a private school is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent psychology.
- Experience providing individual and group counseling.
- Ability to identify students' emotional, behavioral, and learning needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school administration.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in English, Uzbek, and/or Russian is an advantage.
