Technical Supervision Coordinator

• In support of the Project and Engineering Manager, technical support to the Client’s team to ensure that Client’s needs and technical requirements are considered throughout planning and performance of PMC services
• Support of Project Manager and Engineering Manager in day-to-day decisions in the execution of the Project regarding engineering activities
• Monitoring compliance to local legal regulations, applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications and the requirements of the Company Integrated Management System.
• Review key engineering documents, Technical Specifications and Project Standards including Project deliverables issued by the Client and/or EPC Contractor, including QA/QC plans, procedures, technical reports and, if
necessary, to make proposal of alternative to improve the completeness and quality of the documentation reviewed, in respect of the best practice
• Support the Project and Engineering Manager in MOC, assisting the Client in the assessment and validation of the Technical Changes and Variation Order raised by the EPC Contractor.
• Following and expediting the issuance and approval of the internal engineering deliverables and the (key) engineering documents
• Participate in QA/QC, HSSE, HAZID, ENVID, HAZOP, QRA and SIL meetings and/or workshops
• Participate in the 3D model review, engineering detailed design documentation review activities
• Maintain registers for the monitoring and reporting of engineering documents
• At the initial stages and whenever required supporting Project Manager and Engineering Manager in the selection of the technical specialists according to the agreed staffing plan with the Client.

• Work experience (at least 1 project) in a similar position from Customer side or PMC consultant in EPCC projects in an oil and gas industry (GPP, GCC, refinery, LNG, GTL, full scale field development, international pipeline systems or other project of similar scope and complexity)
• Familiar with all phases of EPC Contracts.
• Ability to identify changes and improvements to the technical documentation and procedures to reflect Client’s changing requirements.
• Ability to use all the resources effectively and efficiently.
• Good knowledge of computer based systems including, Microsoft Office applications and design software.

Education: Bachelor degree in engineering is minimum requirement; Master degree preferred
Total relevant work experience not less than 10 years
Language skills: English is mandatory Uzbek is advantageous
