In-house Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and support the negotiation of commercial contracts and other legal documents.
• Support project agreements, financing documents, construction contracts, O&M agreements, and corporate documents.
• Conduct legal research and assist in identifying legal and commercial risks and developing practical solutions.
• Assist with legal due diligence, financing closing, corporate governance, and compliance matters.
• Support contract negotiation, project implementation, and ongoing legal risk management.
• Handle routine legal matters with appropriate guidance and supervision, and support senior lawyers on more complex matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or above.
• Approximately 3–4 years of relevant legal working experience. Candidates with less experience but strong relevant capabilities may also be considered.
• Good experience in legal drafting, contract review, and legal research.
• Ability to identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical legal support.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Good working proficiency in English, including the ability to review and draft legal documents. Stronger English skills will be an advantage.
• Experience in commercial contracts, project development, construction, energy, infrastructure, financing, or corporate matters is preferred.
• Experience working with external counsel, lenders, consultants, or project counterparties is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Compensation for food (once time in a working day) according to the Company’s Policy
• Compensation for transportation (once time in a working day) according to the Company’s Policy
• 21 days of annual leave calculated on a calendar day basis
• Payable Sick leaves (only if the requested document is provided)
• Annual bonuses according to performance and company internal regulations
