About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to help build and scale the core AI infrastructure behind PromptLab. You’ll work directly with the founders to design and develop systems that power intelligent sales automation for real companies. This is a handson, high-ownership role at an early-stage startup moving fast.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
• Develop and integrate AI/LLM-powered features using OpenAI and Veridion
• Build integrations with enterprise platforms (SAP, Odoo, Oracle)
• Manage job queues, caching, and async processing with BullMQ and Redis
• Own database architecture and optimization using PostgreSQL
• Collaborate with founders and the product team to ship features quickly

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of SQL and REST API design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
• Familiarity with Redis, BullMQ, or similar queue systems
• Ability to work onsite in Tashkent

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM API integrations
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle)
• Background in B2B SaaS or early-stage startups
