At Holiday Inn Tashkent City, we take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial team, strengthen our market presence, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the hotel's overall Sales & Marketing strategy to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Sales & Marketing team to achieve and exceed business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Government, Airline, and Group segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel partners, government organizations, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and generate demand.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and Operations teams to optimize commercial performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Prepare annual commercial plans, budgets, forecasts, and regular performance reports.
  • Ensure effective use of digital marketing channels, social media, and promotional activities.
  • Represent Holiday Inn Tashkent City and IHG Hotels & Resorts at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry, preferably with an international hotel brand.
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business opportunities.
  • Experience with hotel commercial systems, CRM platforms, and sales management tools.
  • Fluency in English and Russian is required; Uzbek is an advantage.
