Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Cambridge Primary, Lower Secondary, IGCSE, and A Level academic programs.
Monitor teaching quality through classroom observations and provide ongoing academic support and mentoring to teachers.
Plan, implement, and supervise the Cambridge curriculum in accordance with Cambridge International standards.
Analyze students' academic performance and develop strategies to improve learning outcomes.
Collaborate with parents, school leadership, and Cambridge International on academic matters.
Participate in the recruitment, induction, professional development, and performance evaluation of teaching staff.
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment across all Cambridge programs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
English proficiency at C1 level or above.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with the Cambridge International Curriculum.
Previous experience in academic leadership or school management.
Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of Cambridge International standards and educational best practices.
