Health & Biosecurity Manager (Veterinar)

Yashil Ferma JV LLC, a modern Hungarian-Uzbek joint venture, is seeking an experienced Health & Biosecurity Manager to establish and lead the health management system for one of Uzbekistan's most ambitious integrated poultry projects.

This is a unique opportunity to build the entire poultry health and biosecurity framework from the ground up while working with an international team and modern production facilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement poultry health, vaccination, disease prevention, and biosecurity programs.
• Monitor flock health, mortality trends, laboratory results, and disease surveillance.
• Lead disease investigations, post-mortem examinations, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct farm biosecurity audits and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise veterinarians and biosecurity personnel while delivering technical training to operational teams.
• Coordinate with hatchery, broiler farms, feed mill, laboratory, processing facilities, and government veterinary authorities.
• Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations, animal welfare standards, and company SOPs.

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent qualification.
• 7–10+ years of experience in poultry health and biosecurity.
• Experience in integrated commercial poultry operations.
• Strong knowledge of: Poultry diseases and epidemiology, Vaccination programs, Biosecurity systems, ELISA, PCR, HI diagnostics, Laboratory sampling and post-mortem examinations, Antimicrobial stewardship, Animal welfare and disease surveillance
• Good command of English. Uzbek or Russian is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in large-scale broiler or breeder operations, farm commissioning, Ross 308 management, HACCP/PRP systems, laboratory coordination, and international poultry production environments will be highly regarded.
