Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop the Sales Department from the ground up.
- Design the department structure, roles, and sales processes.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor sales team members.
- Develop and implement effective CRM workflows and sales pipelines.
- Establish lead distribution, follow-up, and opportunity management processes.
- Create KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting systems.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, response times, and team productivity.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and IT teams to enhance the customer journey.
- Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, including leadership or sales management.
- Proven experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Experience creating sales processes and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (experience with amoCRM or similar platforms is an advantage).
- Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or other service-based industries is preferred.
- English proficiency is required; Russian and Uzbek are an advantage.
