Lead Specialist for Export Development Department

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead our efforts in attracting international outsourcing companies to establish operations in Uzbekistan.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about the outsourcing and IT industry, with a strong understanding of business development, international expansion, and relationship management. You will play a key role in positioning Uzbekistan as a leading destination for outsourcing services and international business growth.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry

• Fluent in English and Russian; knowledge of Uzbek is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in negotiations, partnership development, business development, or sales

• Ability to work independently and manage relationships with international stakeholders

• Willingness to travel internationally for conferences, exhibitions, and B2B meetings

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage outsourcing companies across global markets

• Conduct online and in-person meetings to promote Uzbekistan as a regional outsourcing hub

• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with industry stakeholders

• Represent Uzbekistan at international conferences, exhibitions, and business events

• Collaborate with government institutions and private sector partners to support company onboarding and expansion processes

• Monitor trends and developments within the outsourcing industry and adjust attraction strategies accordingly

• Contribute to the growth of Uzbekistan’s outsourcing ecosystem and international business presence

Nice to Have

• Existing network within the outsourcing and BPO industry

• Previous experience working in an outsourcing company

• Familiarity with investment incentives, IT Park benefits, and business establishment procedures in Uzbekistan
