Senior ERP Project Manager

Salary

USD 2,500 – 4,000 / month (depending on experience)

Job Description

• Lead IT implementation projects for Japanese enterprise clients.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate communication between Japanese clients and the implementation team.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, project meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Support system implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare project documentation and progress reports.
• Ensure successful project delivery by collaborating with consultants, engineers, and client stakeholders.

Required Skills

Project Management Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing IT implementation projects.
• Experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead.
• Experience delivering one or more of the following projects:
  • ERP implementation
  • CRM implementation (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, etc.)
  • Enterprise business systems
  • Digital transformation (DX)
  • System development projects
• Strong understanding of business processes and system implementation.

Other Skills

• Business-level English.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Japanese companies or international clients.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business systems.
• PMP or other project management certifications.
• Experience with digital transformation (DX) projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.

You will collaborate with consultants and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions for leading Japanese companies.
