Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and employment documentation.
- Ensure employee attendance, leave, overtime, and personnel records are maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal, employee development, and training programs.
- Monitor employee discipline and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, in coordination with the HR Manager.
- Assist in payroll preparation by ensuring attendance and employee data are accurate and submitted on time.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, recruitment status, and other HR-related documentation for management.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning and staffing requirements.
- Ensure all employee files, HR documents, and confidential records are properly maintained and updated.
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive working environment.
- Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee administration, employee relations, performance management, and payroll processes.
- Good understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience in handling employee disciplinary cases and conflict resolution.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise and develop an HR team while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS or payroll systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare HR reports and interpret HR data.
- Good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Russian or Uzbek is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
