Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales activities for assigned market segments and accounts.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while actively acquiring new business.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, entertainment, and site inspections.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential revenue-generating partnerships.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, corporate rates and commercial agreements.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Monitor account performance against targets and take corrective action when required.
- Conduct resort presentations and site inspections for potential clients and
partners. - Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, Front Office, F&B and other departments to support commercial objectives.
- Monitor competitor activity, market developments and changing customer demand.
- Prepare sales forecasts, account production reports and regular sales activity reports.
- Participate in trade shows, sales missions, workshops and networking events.
- Represent the resort professionally at industry and client events.
Support and coach Sales Coordinators and junior members of the Sales team when required. - Ensure all client and sales activities are accurately recorded in the hotel CRM/sales systems.
- Minimum 4–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably within an upscale or luxury hotel/resort.
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar commercial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. - Strong existing network within relevant local and regional markets is an advantage.
- Experience managing key accounts and developing new business.
Good understanding of corporate, leisure, groups and MICE business.
Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills. - Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert revenue opportunities.
- Fluency in Russian, Uzbek and English required.
Strong communication and professional presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and opportunities.
- Good understanding of hotel operations, pricing and revenue strategy.
Knowledge of OPERA, CRM/Sales systems and Microsoft Office preferred. - University degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales or related field preferred.
