Location: Tashkent (office)
Schedule: Full-time | 6/1 | Night shifts only (after 6:00 PM)
Salary: $200 fixed salary + unlimited bonuses
Total income: From $1,000+ per month for successful sales managers
Payment: Twice a month

What You Will Do

• Book flight tickets for customers from the US to destinations worldwide

• Sell additional services: baggage, insurance, upgrades, and travel protection

• Consult customers before and after purchase, helping them choose the best routes and options

• Meet personal sales targets and earn uncapped performance bonuses

• Maintain high service standards while working via phone and chat

What We Expect

• Fluent English is a must (clear speech and strong communication skills) — C1/C2 level preferred

• High motivation to work in sales, learn fast, and grow financially

• Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with US time zones)

• Experience in sales or a call center is a plus, but not required

• Night shifts only:

• 20:00–04:00
