About the Role

New Uzbekistan University is seeking a proactive and passionate startup tracker to join its dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals eager to contribute to the growth of the university’s startup ecosystem, support young entrepreneurs, and foster collaboration between academia and industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage program-related documentation, including reports, proposals, agreements, official correspondence, participant records, and other administrative documents, ensuring accuracy and timely completion;
• Assist in coordinating and delivering startup and innovation programs at New Uzbekistan University, ensuring high-quality implementation and measurable outcomes;
• Mentor and support students through the full cycle of startup ideation, validation, business modeling, and pitching;
• Facilitate the development of business models, MVP strategies, and go-to-market plans for student-led ventures;
• Establish and strengthen partnerships with industry stakeholders, mentors, and investors to expand the startup ecosystem;
• Plan and manage events, workshops, demo days, and competitions that foster entrepreneurship and innovation;
• Contribute to reporting and visibility by preparing progress reports, grant applications, and promotional content related to the startup ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related fields;
• Proven interest or experience in startups, entrepreneurship, or innovation;
• Excellent communication skills in Uzbek and English;
• Strong organizational and project management skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with digital collaboration tools;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.​​​​​​​
