Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean and prepare data from corporate sources; run data-quality checks and align to master references.
- Build and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards in Power BI / HTML; automate refresh and validate accuracy.
- Analyse sales, customers and assortment (ABC-XYZ, RFM, structure and dynamics) and turn findings into clear conclusions for the business.
- Gather and formalise business requirements, write specifications and describe processes (BPMN).
- Run targeted calculations and what-if comparisons; prepare and present findings to support decisions.
- Automate repetitive calculations and reports with SQL / Python scripts and templates to cut manual effort.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business questions into well-scoped analytical tasks.
- Ensure consistency and correctness of metrics and definitions across reports.
- Document data flows, report logic and analytical methods.
- Support and train users on reports and self-service analytics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical processes and standards.
- Continuously develop skills in data, BI and business analysis.
- 2–4 years in business and/or data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Strong SQL and confident work with BI tools (Power BI / HTML); advanced Excel.
- Solid data-preparation and data-quality fundamentals; Python (pandas) is a plus.
- Proven commercial, sales or process analytics (segmentation, reporting, dashboards).
- Ability to translate business questions into analysis and communicate results clearly.
- Higher education in economics, management, IT, mathematics or statistics.
- Languages: Russian C2; English B2 (professional working proficiency).
