Обязанности:
- Supervising day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring adherence to Condor safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
- Construction Site Supervisor shall prepare progress reports and send them to the Construction Manager on a daily basis.
- Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that work is executed according to specifications and within deadlines.
- Enforce safety regulations and building codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations
- Monitoring construction progress and quality of workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits.
- Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise during construction, such as design discrepancies, material shortages.
- Maintaining accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, and any incidents or safety violations. Reporting regularly to project management on project status and issues.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, permits, and licenses governing construction activities in gas field sites.
- Facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and field personnel, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Clear and effective communication with team members, contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain communication with the Condor Operations chief to keep him informed of the activities and movements of contractors and to discuss any potential interference with production operations.
- Higher education in oil and gas industry;
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in similar role involving construction activities;
- Excellent knowledge of Uzbek, English and Russian;
- Knowledge in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documents;
- Proficiency in MS Office programs / Word / Excel / Powerpoint;
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, permits, and environmental regulations governing construction activities in gas field sites;
- A strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices, including construction methods, materials, and techniques relevant to gas field infrastructure projects;
- Able to read and fully understand project design drawings including standard specifications.
- Work schedule: 08:00-20:00, 14/14 shift (according to the work schedule);
- Kumli and Urtakum fields (Gazli district, Bukhara region);
- Bonuses for public holidays. (after successfully completing the probationary period)
